The PC exclusives comes into the first part (1). The PC is its own platform and as suchg its own exclusives will be under Platform exclusive.
It will also be a part of (3) caue as I said there "on a particular platform..." You can have timed PC exclusives too that eventually make their way to consoles or a particular console.
Its really not that hard unless you just wanna over complicate it for yourself.
