Why do we focus on women's clothing?

Because men are sexist asses who allow their dick to do way too much thinking. (me included)

I try to stop myself, I do, but when I see a women jogging / working out in tight wear, I think very naughty. Its wrong. I shouldn't and she shouldn't feel objectified by me attempting to not look or feeling compelled to enjoy her physical dimensions.

Then there is the difference that men, who are fit and good looking, enjoy being stared at. Which is why those men will wear tight shirts or "muscle shirts" (why are there no "titty shirts"?). But what if men picked up a common trend of wearing spandex all the time too? Clearly highlighting cock & balls. That has never been a thing as men are more self-conscious about our cock & balls (aside from private dick pics), but likely also because women are not predominately seduced by visuals.

That may actually be the root cause. Men and women are different in terms of sexual arousal. Men are stimulated predominately by physical stimuli such as visuals. Woman by mental stimuli such as emotion. i.e. women dress and wear make-up to attract men while men learn to be funny / witty / sly as the primary action.

So yes, woman should be allowed to do whatever they want without risk of any kind and to do this men, need to realize the have the capacity to control their own sexual stimuli and act respectfully.

One contradiction which always confused me is that it is both not ok to cat-call women while at the same time women want men to be outgoing and come to them to kick-off the conversation/being hit-on. Basically, a man has to know he'll fit under her mental pre-requisites before he can approach and hit-on her. (obviously I'm defaulted to cut out typical street cat-calling that is rude and belligerent)
