Because he doesn't opperate under the same basic sense of reality that most people do.
He thinks Mark Zuckerburg, Jay Z. Kim kardashian, Katy Perry, Madonna, and a pretty much all famous people are satanists (unless they're conservative of course).
He's also a big fan of lines such as "We're routing out the liberal cancer. We're putting America under chemo and we're going to start caging the rabid animals and throwing them in prison where they belong."
