A lot of younger people start out as liberal/socialist, then as they get more experience in life and exposure to the real world they tend to move towards being conservative. I would put myself on the conservative side of the middle. I don't care what you believe as long as it doesn't infringe on others rights/freedoms/safety to do whatever the hell they like.
