Exactly, and it's one of the reasons why I'm mostly sticking with custom building my own system than bothering with the looming number of consoles within a single gen that we're starting to see. It started out yonks ago as a box that was designed to play only games, now we're seeing multiple boxes trying to emulate the other platform, but falling short on it here and there.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
