MS went from one extreme last gen to another this gen. They had many Japanese titles exclusive to xbox 360 (temporary and permanent exclusives). But this gen they basically have barebones support.
At this stage the money they'd need to invest really isn't worth it. Better saving it for one last big push next gen. Still won't be enough in Japan. They love Nintendo and Playstation too much.
