With most of Microsoft's attempts to copy something more popular (reminds me of the Zune or w.e it is) they generally give up... it's weird that they're still trying to push Bing on everyone.

Bing has been around for a long time and has apparently become profitable. While still far behind Google in marketshare its doing pretty good.

MS's efforts in mobile devices didn't die with Zune, they moved to other things.

You gotta love the internet. MS is objectively offering something great to get some marketshare (competition), but guys like you look for a negative spin. Its expected, but still worth pointing out.

I have a Zune from back in the day which I use in my car, and I still think its 100x better than iPod. I haven't had a single problem with it in almost 10 years (while my iPod died after about three years) and the Zune software is millions of times better and less restrictive than iTunes. Its actually sad that they stepped out of the race so soon when they had a clearly superior product.

I have no issue with Microsoft trying to do their own things; if I did, I wouldn't have enjoyed my Xbox and Xbox 360 and wouldn't consistently still go with Winows OS heh... That said, I still don't care for Bing and probably never will. Have at it, though.

I don't know enough about the Zune to comment on it being "millions of times better".
