Almost as funny as Trump blaming Democrats for his administration's inability to convince their own party to cast votes in their favor. He's a bitch, and terrible leader. Never takes responsibility for anything, unless it makes him look like the hero. 

I'd say it's funnier, but the other is funny, too.  Though, your description of him could be the same for many Presidents, including Obama.
