Part two, and last, of the news for this week:

http://www.pcgamer.com/the-divisions-weird-invisibility-glitch-might-be-fixed-or-might-not/
The team at Massive Entertainment initially said it wouldn't be fixed as part of the the maintenance patch that rolled out today, then extended that maintenance and said it would, but at the moment it's not entirely clear what's happened.

SHINESS: THE LIGHTNING KINGDOM LAUNCH DATE ANNOUNCED, SO LET'S LISTEN TO SOME MUSIC
http://www.pcgamer.com/shiness-the-lightning-kingdom-launch-date-announced-so-lets-listen-to-some-music/
Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom is a PS2-inspired JRPG that drops players in the midst of a conflict between multiple kingdoms on one of the Celestial islands created by the breakup of the planet Mahera—a conflict that might be brought to a peaceful outcome through the use of your ability to communicate with the mysterious, magical spirit known as the "Shiness." We said in mid-February that is was expected to be out "in a few weeks," which by most reasonable estimates would have put it in early to mid-March. Now, on the decidedly late end of that scale, we still don't have the game, but we do have a proper and precise launch date of April 18, and a nice new music trailer to watch, too.

OUTLAST 2 IS COMING TO AUSTRALIA AFTER ALL, FOLLOWING CLASSIFICATION REVIEW
http://www.pcgamer.com/outlast-2-is-coming-to-australia-after-all-following-classification-review/
The Australian Classification Board raised the ire of Australians earlier this month when it ruled that forthcoming survival horror game Outlast 2 should not be sold or distributed in the country. Implied sexual violence was cited as the reason, but the board has now revised its classification to an R18+ rating. That means the game is effectively unbanned.

Almost half a year after it was revealed at Blizzcon 2016, World of Warcraft's 7.2 update, The Tomb of Sargeras, will finally be arriving on Tuesday, March 28. Considering all the exciting additions coming in what Blizzard is calling their biggest update to the game ever, it's been a long wait—and there's still a few days to go.

WOW ACCOUNT SERVICES ARE ABOUT TO GET MORE EXPENSIVE IN THE UK AND EU, AND PLAYERS ARE PISSED
http://www.pcgamer.com/wow-account-services-are-about-to-get-more-expensive-in-the-uk-and-eu-and-players-are-pissed/
On the back of Hearthstone card pack prices going up, Blizzard announced today that World of Warcraft's account services will become more expensive in Europe and the UK on April 5. In what is likely a reaction to post-Brexit exchange rates that have gutted the value of the pound and with the euro still so low, both UK and EU players will see a roughly 25 percent increase in the price of server transfers, race changes, character boosts, and more. Fortunately, subscription fees will, for now, remain unchanged.

I first caught wind of Rain World when it featured in a late-2013 issue of PC Gamer magazine and was instantly taken by it. It's since ran a successful Kickstarter, and has spent the last few years teasing scant details and trailers and wonderful GIFs ahead of its March 28 release.

http://www.pcgamer.com/dark-souls-3-the-ringed-city-dlc-drops-boss-storming-launch-trailer/
Dark Souls 3 is on the precipice of launching its second and final portion of DLC—named The Ringed City. Due this coming Tuesday, March 28, our imminent journey into Lothric's new Dreg Heap area is also thought to be the series' curtain call, and its launch trailer suggests we'll do well to come out the other end undead.

Well, talking about offers and deals, let's take a look at what will be available at GOG and Steam this weekend.
