At that point I stopped watching the anime, but kept reading manga when new ones came out.
Then somewhere down the line, the manga just got worse and worse.

So no I dont miss Naruto, Even though I was a huge fan at one point.

Same here. Enjoyed it when I was younger, but grew to despise it the more it went on. I dropped it 100 chapters before the end and don't regret it one bit. 

I liked the Part 1 arcs quite a bit, but knowing how it ended soured my opinion on the series a whole. I like to think of it as eating a foot long sub, enjoying, but then biting into some moldy cheese on the last bite. Sure I might have enjoyed the sandwich at first, but the last bite was bad enough that I would never recommend it to anyone.
