Feels like most of the specials have been nerfed, with the sting ray as a nerfed killer wail and the tenta missile as a nerfed inkstrike

The inkjet doesn't look very strong and basically makes you an easy target but the Splashdown does look pretty strong

Looks like the curling bomb can be 'cooked' to explode faster?

From what I played in the Switch demo back in February, both the Inkstrike and Inkjet are pretty good for pressure, but they can't easy one shot like the Inkzooka from the first game, and they leave you wide open if you don't have good positioning.

The sting ray is ok, but IMO, does not pair will with a sniper weapon like the charger.

The curling bomb can be held on for longer which reduces the time it detonates after you throw, which is important since curling bombs don't seem to OHKO upon contact like the seekers from the first game.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
