JCs don't add much size (they're actually quite small) and are customizable in how someone uses them as well to usher in an evolution in how someone plays on the go, maybe he hasn't had the chance to try the device yet but smaller size isn't really an issue people who bought it have as it's a lot smaller than what people expected. |
What doesn't make sense about a preference? He's not claiming to speak on behalf of gamers at large, it's just "a little too big" for him personally. Maybe he likes to keep stuff in a pocket and the Switch is too big for him, maybe it's slightly uncomfortable in his hands, or maybe he just in general prefers stuff to be smaller. Regardless to the specifics, it's just a matter of preference. They're not preferences i share, but i can't still understand them for what they are.
