Does that budget include buying an OS or you're already covered in that regard? And, are you up to overclock or not?
Also, AMD will launch the 4 & 6 core versions of their Ryzen processors on April 11th, and rumors say that their new 5xx series (which are mostly rebrands with higher clocks and lower power consumption) will also launch that month, so if you can wait a little you could something better for the same money.
But, if you want to buy it now, your best GPU options are either an RX 480 8GB or a GTX 1060 6GB. Don't waste your money on models with less memory.
Please excuse my bad English.
