Awesome. Hopefully it is more like WWHD than TPHD in terms of an update. Skyward Sword fits the Switch well considering the Switch's joycons retain motion controls.

In the past people were saying it was impossible to remake the game without a combat overhaul because of the motion controls but the Joycons solve everything and they will be far more reliable than wii motion plus due to the leap in technology.

I find the motion control of the joycons quite lacking. It's drifting quite a lot to the left, enough for me to turn it off a couple of times to make certain trick shots. I don't know if it's deliberate but there's a lot of lag in the motion controls when used in shrines. Plus how the hell are you supposed to do certain Shrine puzzles with the joycons attached to the screen. I had to take them off to solve a few puzzles as I almost cartwheeled the whole switch through the room...

Anyway it's quite simple to overhaul the motion controls, map sword movements to the right analog stick, done.
The bowling and flying bits can still be done with the joy-cons or make it an option.

SS had a lot more problems, won't be playing it again. I rather have an OOT remaster for Switch.
