I find this annoying asf, mature themes doesn't equal art style. I think there's space for both. Plus most of the time "realistic graphics" have some of the most soulless interactions on video games.

I was going to post this sentence. I can undeestand some people might not like cartoony graphics (shame on them though XD), but ir's the childish part which angers me a lot.

Also, gamers who downplay games because of their graphics, when they have a solid gameplay behind. 

exactly,  like...dude, it's video games!!! I think it's childish to judge the content of a video game because of how it looks when we have "M" games with realistic art styles that are childish and really immature.
