FPS isnt a issue, its full speed on good PC's.

The problem is theres bugs like.... it doesnt notice you going into water, so your just running around on the bottom of the sea bed (instead of swimming).

Theres a few things like that, once thats fix'ed (a couple of months?) it ll be running and playing better than the Wii U or Switch version.
