Well, you don't have to delete the games entirely. Just transfer all your digital games to PC (or PS3) with the Content Manager. Then only keep the games on the memory card that you intend to play in the next weeks/months. If you want to play some of the backupped games, you don't have to redownload them from the PS Store. Just restore them within minutes from your backup, the related savegames can be restored within seconds from the PS cloud. I currently have 180 GB Vita games, 30 GB PSP games, 6 GB PS1 games and 3 GB PS Mobile games in my "content manager" folder... but I don't have to take all of these games with me all the time.

I'm a sick man. I know I'm sick.
With that said, I like to look at my games, even when I'm not playing them. It just feels good knowing I have so many as that they're all right there. Not only that, as soon as I don't have a game with me, I want to play it.
A coworker borrowed uncharted golden abyss for two weeks. He recently bought a Vita. For two weeks, I resented his existence and dreamed of playing uncharted. When I finally got it back, I put it back in its case. Still haven't played it.
