Almost 600 of those games are in Japanese, so you're making an apples to oranges comparison between libraries.  Nobody said that Vita didn't have a ton of Japanese Visual Novels, Otome games, & Dating Sims like Friend to Lover, Princess Strike, Rep Kiss, Plastic Memories, PyschicEmotion6, Diabolic Lovers: Lost Eden, Prince of Stride, Brothers Conflict:  Precious Baby, Storm Lover 5, Photo Kano Kiss; etc...   Also, only Minecraft has more than 1.6 million sales on Vita.  So Vita owners themselves haven't even made a compelling argument to buy Vita for it's software.

Most of the games that arnt out in NA / EU are the Otome/visual novels (the ones you made fun off above).

Theres plenty of games of other genre's (its a rpg dream machine).

Two years ago, it had a 10:1 attach rate.

Means on avg every vita owner has more than 10 games bought for the system, that was back in 2015.

By now its probably alot higher.

I think it's pretty widely accepted that the 10:1 attach rate Sony touted was a number buoyed mainly by downloads of psp, ps1 & ps+ games, rather than sales of actual Vita games.
