So you suggest to subtract  a part of what makes combat, climbing, swimming and gliding fun ? I mean I wouldn't have to plan anything when doing these things if it was the case, which would make the game less than rewarding about how you approach certain situations there.

Yeah, I remember all the complaints about A Link to the Past where Link could swim indefinitely and even hat those crazy boots with which he could run forever. Totally broke the game and all of the immersion. Oh and remeber that other Zelda game that was every that's every Zelda game ever made? Dark times.

Fact is, if this game had come with no stamina or durability, no one would've complained about it and it probably would've gotten an even higher score as it seems it's a major sticking point for reviewers.
