He used the pound symbol, not the dollar symbol. In the UK £40-£45 = full price game and £30-£35 = handheld game. Pretty sure every one of Nintendo's games pre-Switch was around those prices, so why the jump to £60?

Ah well that is Nintendo of Europe fault then.  Here is USA Breath of the Wild Switch version is going for 57.74 new on Amazon while Wii U version is going for 59.99.  So Nintendo of America didn't increase their prices.
