I can vouch from my pro that supersampling is very nice on 1080p tvs. It isn't a gargantuan difference, but everything is much cleaner.
EDIT: It should be noted, though, that only those games programmed for Scorpio will take advantage of it. The game has to be running at above 1080p to receive the benefit of supersampling. I'm sure Scorpio will have an impressive boost mode that will run games at better framerates (ie a game targeting 30 will run at a locked 30), however, just due to the extra speed of its components compared to either of the Xbox One models.
