I was happy with the game as it stood when released but I can fully understand why some people were disappointed. With that in mind, and putting my own bias to one side, I can safely say that, YES, after the huge Foundation and now Patchfinder update, the game has plenty of content to keep you interested and active for many many hours.

I still hate how you have to find very specific planets so you can enjoy the Foundation update to it's maximum extend. I had to find a snow planet because something specific growns on those so I could plant a certain plant in my base, and it took me 3 days to find a snow planet, and I still couldn't find that one thing I needed. Took the disc out of my PS4 out of frustation and haven't put it back in since.
