Indeed, that was completely faked.

Suarez played it very well, but Marquinhos was just awful there. Marquinhos was behind, late, didn't even watch the ball, and touched Suarez ahead of him. Everything wrong. Even if he touches him rather lightly, if there is a contact in that situation, you can give a penalty.
