To establish that we agree on this premise, so we can move on.  That's how formalized logical arguments work.  I don't want to speak for you, especially because there is not a whole lot of consistency in your position.

So again, it's a very simple question.  At most, you'll have to type three letters.  Do we need to test an individual for ability to consent at every possible age?

Just an honest yes or no.  

Once the individual reaches puberty, you can perform the tests. The age for this varies from person to person, so i obviously don't have a precise number for you, as who knows what kind of overdeveloped freaks there might be. I would hope 12-13 +, and only on special investigations, as i still agree with the 18+ in general. It's a good guideline to go by.

I can't give a yes or no answer because of what i just said. The answer is: I don't know.
