The one I have, I've pet a lot and fed many, many apples. He has to love me by now. But I will need to throw him off a cliff as I'd rather traverse the open ground.

I agree , at the moment I'm doing general exploration so it's Ok ,was pleasantly surprised that when i stayed overnight at a stable the horse was outside waiting , when I decide to go to more rugged terrain The horse becomes glue, btw I ran into  a pinwheel on a hill with flying target like objects that explode , any idea if they have any purpose.
