It is different from game to game as we all know by now lol. But 1800pC means that it does native rendering of 900p x 2 and then checkerboard renders it up to 3200x1800 which is 1800pC.
2160pC is a native 1080p x 2 checkerboard rendered up to 2160pC.
The 1800pC upscales the rest of the way up to 4k.
