I dont think there is a need, since I think most users here dont mind the eventual thread about personal issues(Minus when a certain user documents every step of his failed love life with his PS friend), so I dont think it warrants a topic to be made only for it.
And if you are, or anyone on that matter, in need to just talk about anything to let off steam, Im more than happy to fill that role!
