No reason to be against it. Always good for people to have others to talk to especially in times of need. 

Idk if it's a good idea to show the internet you're a vulnerable person. Sure some ppl will try to comfort you, but it also doesnt stop one ahole to send mean msg to your inbox. Imo, there are things that're better discussed with close friends or families, and this is defly one of them
