The Wii-U needs to go since its market share doesn't impact the market since there are (almost) no new games in development.
The 3DS still has upcoming games and is clearly still a player in the market but it is also the 9nth generation and all the processing is done in a handheld format, either way where and how VGChartz places it doesn't really matter. The Wii-U needs to go and the switch needs to enter.
