If you set his console as your main console he can play and download all your games under his account

you can still play your own games on any console you login to also if he sets your console as his main console you can play all your games under his account.

 

You can also SHARE Xbox live gold and XBox Game pass togheter, needing only 1 subscription

PS4 does that too, but I am talking about something else.

No purchase, no setting accounts up on other consoles, and no download iirc. For example I played blazblue with my friend in versus and in my system storage management it takes up 0kb.
