Anyone that prefers digital should deff concider PC or Xbox since thats the 2 only platforms that have increased value for the digital front.
On ps4 and all my nintendo consoles obv. physical offers more value.
I hope PS5 will catch up with microsoft on that regard, but on PC i have been full digital and on ps4 I have not used the store once, I don't own PS+ and I don't own digital games.
On my XBOX Scorpio I will support the digital platform with all games except the halo discs which I would like in my collection and the Rare Replay disc which I already purchased before owning the console
I do like collections I have over 100 Gamecube games, 50 dreamcast games and enough N64 boxes to touch my roof :D on PS1 and PS2 I sold many games because of remasteres but my PS3 collection and Xbox360 collections are also quite big :)
