Haha I know. I always felt the same way about curved screens. Thought they were so dumb and just a gimmick (which they mostly are). But it was a pretty mild curve so it was worth dealing with in order to get that 3d feature for that price (rather than the flat B6P for the same price which is nearly identical except it lacks 3d). And I'm really happy now bc u can't even tell it's curved when watching it. Only reminded of the curve when I'm coming back from the kitchen. 

And yeah, that's probably true. The E6P was LG's 2016 flagship model, right? Or was it the G6P?

the flagship was g6, but the input lag is lower in either e6 or c6. G6 is a waste of money anyway. That extra 2k$ could buy you a better soundsystem
