It is called the Theory of Evolution and not the Law of Evolution.

But... it's not called the theory of evolution... It's called the theory of evolution by natural selection, assuming you're thinking of the theory Darwin initially proposed that we've built on.  This theory is not about whether or not evolution is a thing that actually happens, it's about how evolution happens.

Evolution simply means that traits change in a population over successive generations.  This is something we can see in nature and has been documented in labratory settings.

False. It is a Theory.

You take a bunch of facts that have been derived from verified, peer reviewed observation and experimentation... You build a model around that, which then is used to build a Theory.

Theories are not a guess, they are reliable accounts.

The Theory of Evolution most certainly does exist, we have observed changes in animals in real time, we have built models and experiments around that, we then use that to forward the Theory of Evolution.

Evolution means that gene frequencies change over successive generations. As you just said, we have observed animals change in real time.  That is what evolution is and there's no question that it happens.  Evolution is not a theory, it's an observed phenomena.

There is no theory called "the theory of evolution".  There is "the theory of evolution by natural selection".  This is a model that explains the observable phenomena of evolution.  It doesn't address the question of whether or not evolution happens.  It addresses how the observable phenoma of evolution works.

Evolution is not a theory.  It's a thing that happens.  There are theories to explain it, but it itself is not a theory.
