games have been 60 bucks since like the N64. Now if you do the season's pass thing I get why the cost would be higher, but you are also getting more time out of the game. yeah if you also consider inflation, games and gaming as a whole at its base prices (consoles and retail games) are actually cheaper than they've ever been. It's no wonder there's so much supplementary shit to spend money on now, whether its loot boxes, service subscriptions, season passes...
