It could be, but I doubt it. The Switch will probably have at max about one million systems, and Horizon will likely do in the 500k range or so (maybe more, maybe less, hard to tell with a new IP). I know GTA 5 released on a non-holiday month, and it's going to be hard to compete with that monster when there were more than 60 million ps3 and 360's in US homes back then.

That's debatable. After usually nothing for the two months prior to September, this is the month the games start pouring in. Console sales start ramping up and the excitement heightens. I think Celador is excluding September too if I'm not wrong.

I take Holiday to be November and December, when sales dramatically increase, but Celador can define it however Celador pleases, and now that is a Q1 month. As to that, I wouldn't know, but I do agree with Celador that March is going to be a great month sales-wise. Just speaking personally, I'm buying five (!) games, if I can find Nier, Nioh and Ghost Recon at Target next week for their buy two get one sale. If not, then I'm still buying three games (already have Horizon, am getting Nier and Mass Effect).
