Any store that sells physical games is important to me. Gamestop ( EB games in Canada ), was pretty awful for a few reasons over a solid decade, but since I've become a regular again at 4 of the 5 stores in my city, the expectations I have are well known, and thus, my issues have basically vanished. It's where it buy my Japanese games on PS4, and more importantly, all my Vita stuff.
