Pachter is wrong that Scorpio (and PS4Pro) won't do native 4k. Both consoles, I believe, are set up to be able to do native 4K, and I think some of the simpler games might output at native 4K. What we won't get is Horizon Zero Dawn in native 4K. Or Halo 7 in native 4K.
Flower or Journey re-re-released for PS4 Pro in Native 4K is possible I think.
