Your video doesn't show intensive parts of the game. Barely any gameplay at all...
The reports say that there are some performance issues in certain situations. Your video doesn't display any of that. As such, it's not a good comparison between both versions.
That being said, from the videos I've seen, the performance issues of the Wii U version are far from a deal breaker.
