I never stated that you said trans people were not people.
Correct.
And how does someone else choosing to be who they wish to be, affect you in the slightest? Untill you can provide a proper reason how this affects you in the slightest, then to me you do not have an argument, it's not like you will be forced to poop in the same toilet stall together or be denied access to use a toilet.
Irrellevant. If a Trans person walked into the same toilets you are using, you would never know they were trans, ironically, you have been sharing public bathrooms with trans people your entire life. Think about that for a moment. It's only become an issue in the last half decade.
And if they did so... They would be ridiculed for it. Having someone who was born a man, transition into a female in the mens toilet wouldn't sit well with allot of men, they risk increased levels of harrasment and vitriol, ironically... Women tend to be more caring and understanding out of the two sexes.
The irony is... Men can be born with XX chromosomes. So that is a silly assertion anyway. |
Yeah sure, whatever you want to say now. I don't believe that's what you meant when I said that, but even if it is, I can turn around and say the same thing to you, your beliefs aren't gonna change a damn thing and this guidelines on transgender bathrooms is, rightly so, a state issue, not a federal one, whether you like it or not.
Correct according to who? You?
It affects me in the fact that I don't like it and don't feel comfortable with it. I don't care if that's a good reason for you or not, to be honest.
Saying I believe someone should use the bathroom of the gender they were born in = denying someone the right to use a toilet, according to your logic. Got it! I also like how you single quoted and replied meticulously to everything I said sans the thing I said that if they go out of their way to look like the gender they clearly aren't then they could use the bathroom they so desperately want to use and no one would bat an eye.
Your friends are still female to me. And a man born with XX chromosomes is actually a disorder and most likely sterile, but I'm sure you already knew that!
This little charade of ours has been entertaining, but it is not gonna go anywhere. I have even said that I vehemently disagree with your opinion, but respect it, but it seems to me that you can't and won't accept my view, which is doltish and intolerant to say the least, but I digress. Best of luck to you.
