Ha, it seems the user score got botted. A few hundred negative votes suddenly poured in earlier today, then abruptly stopped once it hit about 7.0. Metacritic just removed about 200 votes, so they seem to agree it was vote stuffing.
It doesn't particularly matter (metacritic user scores are in general silly), it just made me giggle. Someone was upset enough about Horizon to bot it
I wonder if the same will happen to Zelda? Nintendo's games aren't usually given much attention from metacritic users (even from Nintendo fans; Mario Kart 8, the WiiU's most successful game, only has 1600 votes), but Zelda is something of a special event.
