I'll try (I'm an anglophone, so a Francophone'll probably be better at translating the nuances):
-If it's like how the notes say, a 20/20 is very hypocritical and it's wrong to give a game like that 20/20
-If it's 20/20 for Zelda, if anything but for the technical aspects it doesn't deserve it
-20/20 for a game that is technologically 5 years behind? I want the (I'm not sure what DA stands for) et the narration to be at that level but you can't give it 20/20
-Seriously, they dared to give it 20/20, even if I enjoyed the game a lot and I'm a fan of the series(?) it still has its faults

I think "commentaires" refers to the other tweets (can we use "note" for that?). "Je veux bien" means "I concede" rather than "I want" here and DA means "Direction artistique", the overall art. I would say "I like the game a lot" instead of "I enjoyed", because the guy didn't play it yet. And I think the best translation for "licence" is "IP", but your "series" is perfectly fine too.
Great translation, nothing else to add :)

Merci ! Obviously I still have a lot to learn when it comes to French.
