It's more because I move countries alot. Have lived in 3 different counties in the last 2 years so I have been holding off on something like a PC.

I understand that, but still, nowadays you can have really small (and therefore light) PCs that you could take anywhere.

Just look for example at CoolerMaster, that have the Elite-110 or (if you need a bigger case to put something like a GTX 1080) the Elite-130. And there even smaller cases
