Cheese?

I've seen this thread but have no cheese in the house except some hard italian cheese I grate on salads.

I'd love some extremely strong cheddar now on a cracker or two.

I'm in the county of the origin of Cheddar cheese, Somerset, England. One of the most popular type of cheese's in the world.
