The nudity is basically like video game nudity. You never see their lower privates.
I'm guessing the only reason the guy took back his "softcore porn" comment is due to the fact that softcore porn has attrocious stories and he believes that Mass Effect Andromida has a better story than your typical softcore porn. But you'll still get your weird alien sex with camera angles hiding the good bits, yet keeping the boobies visible for those pre-pubescent boys out there to get their willies off.
