Sony and Nintendo were headed in that direction, no different than motion gaming and the switch but it could happen. Do you have any articles on this?

Upon further investigation, it looks like I was wrong. I saw that video of a midway employee showing of motion controls for the Drama and assumed Nintendo had bought the tech from him, but apparently there was a lawsuit over it, so...
