That image is NOT from the BKA, it's created by a third party ! Point 8 on it says "this is not an official statistic".

As you said the source for any number in there is 404, so that image can't be confirmed in any form.

I would expect more from a mod.

What about Point 7? It appears to be referencing Table 62 from BKA.

Edit: I think what the 3rd party did was they took the raw data from BKA and calculated the per capita statistics themselves. The method is valid as long as they were using reputable sources and not manipulating the data, though it's hard to me to verify since... I don't understand German.
