Why would you say they're awful numbers? I can understand the argument that it's not enough to justify game development, but i wouldn't consider 900k+ PS4 owners being willing to spend $400 on a peripheral within 4 months of its launch "awful". What would you consider "fine", 2+ million?

I think these numbers are far from amazing, but they seem pretty good given the price and limited market. They give me faith that a cheaper gen 2 PSVR could do well.

2-3 million is what i was expecting and what i think developers would need to see to start making significant investments. Developers are business's and need business justification for investment and 1 million just doesn't cut it
