With this sort of poorly thought thought through act, I am unfortunately waiting for the seemingly inevitable news story where a trans man like the one above enters the women's toilet as the law mandates and is then confronted and attacked (possibly shot) as he is seen by an unaware bystander who would assume he has gone in there with a malicious intent.
I hope it doesn't happen and a more workable solution is a arrived at under better circumstances, but given social attitudes in certain swathes of America and that the current situation is viewed as 'common sense' by many I don't hold out that much hope.
