Not really, while I find stupid to be offended by this is clear that the reason some people may be ofended is purely because the huge amount of trolling and mean spirited threads Nintendo gets, specially lately.

Trolling and mean-spirited?  Where?  If you are counting any negative threads posted about Nintendo/Switch, you are definitely being too sensitive.  Every console gets a good amount of good and negative threads.  What you usually do in those is debate the OP if you disagree with him/her.  Not tell them to basically go fuck themselves and their opinions, while adding nothing to the discussion.  I mean, I kinda get the anxiety surrounding the Switch.  After the Wii U and the clearly declining HH market, Nintendo needs this one.  Still, that's no excuse to want to block out negative opinions, especially when they are valid views.  We don't need the WW Nintendo fans to become like the ones in Japan who just basically forced Square to remove the N64 fishing reference from Nier because they saw it as a dig at their precious console.
