The police admitted that it happened, though they called it an accident which I find hard to believe:

And you're sick of me commenting in these threads? Well, I kind of have to post in these threads in order to avoid an echo chamber.
Also, I'll give this Martin Luther King Jr. quote again:
"But it is not enough for me to stand before you tonight and condemn riots. It would be morally irresponsible for me to do that without, at the same time, condemning the contingent, intolerable conditions that exist in our society. These conditions are the things that cause individuals to feel that they have no other alternative than to engage in violent rebellions to get attention. And I must say tonight that a riot is the language of the unheard. And what is it America has failed to hear?...It has failed to hear that the promises of freedom and justice have not been met. And it has failed to hear that large segments of white society are more concerned about tranquility and the status quo than about justice and humanity."
Yes, riots are not an ideal option, but what do you expect to happen when people continually ignroe their concerns and problems when they're using peaceful means? You expect them to be mistreated by authority and to just shut their mouth and take it?

OMG!!.
1st of all that Martin Luther King Jr quote is nothing at all like whats happening in France.
2nd of all, if their only reason for rioting was over this one guy getting raped why dont they protest outside the police stations??.
Why are they going around smashing up innocent peoples homes, shops cars?. Why are they attacking innocent people in the street?.
You keep quoting that Martin Luther King Jr speach way way out of context, and once again try using it to make whats going on in other places seem "OK".
In fact its an insult to Martin Luther King and black people of his time for you to be mis quoting him in such a way and you should be ashamed of yourself for doing so.
Im sick of you talking about the problems Europe is facing as if you live here.

Yes it is, there are many minorities facing trouble in France, have you ever seen the movie "La Haine"? Yes, it's a work of fiction, but it highlights the severe troubles that minorities face in France. There were also riots before in 2005 because of poor living conditions:

So, since I'm not European I can't talk about European problems? How specific do we get? You might as well not be allowed to talk about France either, since you don't live there.
